These terms cover the current free early-access website and hosted workspace operated by Jonathan Larson. Last updated July 23, 2026.
Early-access service
Evalt is beta software. Features, hosted availability, model catalogs, and edge builds may change. No managed paid plan is currently offered. The open-source SDK is also governed by its repository license.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts, data, evaluation contracts, provider accounts, API usage charges, deployment decisions, and legal basis for data you process. Review results independently and use evidence strength appropriate to the risk. Do not treat an observed score as a guarantee of future correctness.
Acceptable use
Do not use Evalt to violate law, third-party rights, provider terms, access controls, or security boundaries; distribute malware; probe systems without authorization; or expose credentials or unrelated personal data. Do not attempt to obtain another workspace’s metadata or exceed a delegated capability’s permissions.
Availability and changes
The hosted workspace is provided on an as-available basis and may be suspended, changed, or discontinued. The local SDK is designed so dashboard downtime does not block a production call. Keep your own evidence, route database, and rollback plan.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Evalt is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free model decisions. AI providers and hosting services are independent third parties.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Evalt, provider behavior, evaluation errors, service interruption, or deployment decisions.
